Barbara received her Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Davis, in 1983 and a Master’s Degree in English from Stanford University in 1988. She earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2009.
