People often ask me why I became a lawyer. For me, the answer is simple and has never changed, I absolutely love the law and I want to help people.

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of representing individuals, families, businesses, and homeowners through some of life’s most difficult challenges. Whether advocating for someone injured by negligence, guiding a family through a construction defect case, or resolving complex business disputes, I believe every client deserves an attorney who is prepared, honest, and fully committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA before receiving my Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working alongside Robert “Bob” Maddox, founder of Maddox & Cisneros, PLLC. Bob was more than a mentor—he taught me that exceptional legal representation is built on integrity, preparation, compassion, and relentless advocacy. His influence continues to shape the culture of our firm today.

As Owner and Lead Trial Attorney, I am licensed in both Nevada and California and have represented clients in state and federal courts for more than three decades. My practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defect litigation, nationwide class actions, business disputes, general counsel work for Tribes and Homeowner Associations, and other complex civil litigation matters. I have successfully tried cases before juries, judges, arbitration panels, appellate courts, and was recently admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. At every level, my solitary focus is protecting my clients’ interests.

While I take pride in the verdicts and settlements we have achieved, what matters are the people behind each case. I believe clients deserve clear communication, honest guidance, and an attorney who will stand beside them every step of the way.
Outside the courtroom, my greatest pride is my family. My eldest son, Norby, shared my love of film and this year started his own film company. Now he is doing work I only dreamed about. My youngest son, Johnny, works in our office and wants to follow in my footsteps. Watching my son begin his own journey toward a legal career has been incredibly rewarding. Mentoring him helps remind me that the practice of law is not just about winning every case, but also serving people, building lasting relationships, and carrying forward the values that define our profession.

When I get time off, I enjoy golf. If I am not in the office, you will most likely find me on a golf course. Anyone who knows me will attest that I am just as competitive on the golf course as I am in the courtroom.

For me, practicing law has never been just a career. It is a lifelong commitment to helping people obtain justice, protect what matters most, and move forward with confidence.
