Hi, I’m Arianna (Ari), and I’m proud to be part of the team at Maddox & Cisneros.
Although I was born in sunny Southern California, Las Vegas has been home since I was in elementary school. I later returned to California to attend the University of California, Irvine, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. (Go Anteaters—Zot Zot!) While I loved my time in Orange County and made lifelong friends, I always knew Las Vegas was where I wanted to build my future.
Like many recent graduates, I wasn’t entirely sure what that future looked like. Coming from a family rooted in the hospitality industry, I decided to follow that path and spent more than four years at a five-star resort on the Las Vegas Strip. During that time, I learned the value of exceptional customer service, effective communication, and helping people navigate stressful situations with empathy and professionalism. Those experiences continue to shape the way I work with our clients every day.
When the pandemic gave me the opportunity to pause and reflect, I realized my passion was leading me back to the legal field. I completed the Paralegal Certification Program at UNLV, and on the very last day of class, we participated in mock interviews with local law firms. My first interview was with Maddox & Cisneros, and from that moment, I knew I had found the right place. Looking back, it truly feels like everything happened exactly the way it was meant to.
Today, as a Paralegal at Maddox & Cisneros, I work closely with our attorneys to help prepare cases, communicate with clients, coordinate case details, and ensure every matter moves forward as smoothly as possible. I know that legal issues can be overwhelming, so I strive to make every client feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the very first conversation.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends, staying active, discovering new restaurants around Las Vegas, and attending concerts whenever I can. I believe building meaningful relationships—both personally and professionally—is one of the most rewarding parts of life, and it’s something I bring with me every day at Maddox & Cisneros.
