Building the Next Generation of Client Advocacy

I’m Johnny Cisneros, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Maddox & Cisneros.

Although I was born in San Diego, my family moved to Las Vegas when I was two years old, so Vegas has always been home. I attended Coronado High School, later graduated from the College of Southern Nevada. Today, I’m studying Computer Science at UNLV while preparing for law school.

I’ve been around the legal profession for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I watched my dad build his career as an attorney. As I watched him practice law I learned that this field is more than just a career, it is a way to create meaningful change. I’m excited to pursue law because I believe it gives you the opportunity to truly change someone’s future.

Working at Maddox & Cisneros has given me the opportunity to see that commitment to meaningful change firsthand. As a Legal Assistant, I help support our firm with case preparation including inspections, legal research, strategic marketing and client communication.

When I’m not in the office or studying, you’ll find me exploring new technology, writing and performing comedic sketches, spending time with my fiancé, and enjoying all that Las Vegas has to offer. I believe that continuing to learn—whether it’s about technology, the law, or life—helps me grow both personally and professionally.

I’m grateful to be learning from an incredible team every day, and I look forward to continuing my journey toward becoming an attorney while serving the clients of Maddox & Cisneros with the same integrity and dedication that have defined this firm for years.
