Norberto Cisneros is licensed to practice in Nevada and California.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1991 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law. 

Norberto has extensive trial experience, representing individuals in civil litigation.  He has litigated numerous cases to juries, judges, and arbitration panels about matters involving construction defects, personal injuries, and contract disputes.  He has also represented governmental agencies, including school districts, water districts, and Native American tribes. He has prestigious experience across wideareas of law, including labor negotiations, personnel matters, employee disciplinary actions, advising Human Resource managers, construction matters, civil matters, immigration matters and other governance. Norberto has handled numerous class action issues and suits as well as multi-district litigation cases. He is one of the lead trial lawyers for our firm.

Norberto has been a member of the California Bar Association since 1996 and the Nevada Bar Association since 2004. He has presented cases before
